2022-2023 HTHNC Internship Handbook
Students, Parents, and Mentors must read, sign, and submit the HTHNC Internship Handbook and upload it to this Google Form which will then be reviewed by Tom Gaines (Internship Coordinator).
1) Internship Mentor Commitment Form (sign pgs. 8-9 of Handbook)
2) Parent/Guardian Internship Consent Form (sign pgs. 10-12 of Handbook)
3) Return the Internship Mentor Commitment Form and the Parent/Guardian Internship Consent Forms in the Handbook to the Student (all signatures must be completed by the mentor, parent, and student on pages 8-12).
4) Then, the student must upload the signed Internship Handbook pages 8-12 to this Google Form and be approved by the Internship Coordinator, then your Internship is official.

Timesheets
Students will be given a timesheet that will need to be completed daily. Please have your mentor sign the timesheet at the end of each week to confirm your attendance. This timesheet must be submitted to your teacher at the conclusion of internship.
